Transferring takes three steps

No downtime and no technical headaches — we bring your DNS across so your site and email keep working.

1

Unlock & get your code

At your current registrar, remove the transfer lock and copy the domain's transfer authorisation (EPP) code.

2

Paste it & confirm

Enter the code on our transfer page, check your details, and pay the one-year renewal — that's the whole cost.

3

We handle the rest

We submit the transfer and bring your DNS records across. Most complete within a few days; we email you when it lands.

Frequently asked questions

Transfers are free — and we include a full year's renewal, so your expiry date moves a year further out. You only pay the standard one-year renewal fee for your extension.
Two things from your current registrar: unlock the domain (remove the transfer lock), and get its transfer authorisation code (the EPP or auth code). Paste that code into our transfer page and we handle the rest.
No. A transfer moves the domain's registration between registrars — it doesn't change your DNS, website or email. We bring your existing DNS records across so everything keeps working.
Most transfers complete within a few days. Some .au transfers are near-instant; many gTLDs like .com auto-approve after about five days if your current registrar doesn't action it sooner.
Most registries require a domain to be at least 60 days old before transfer, and not within 60 days of a previous transfer. .au domains can generally be transferred at any time.
