Which email options do you offer?
Three options: ModusOp Email — affordable, reliable mailboxes for straightforward email (just email, without the bloat); Microsoft 365 — business email with the full Office apps, Teams, calendar and OneDrive; and Google Workspace, which we can set you up with if you prefer Gmail and Google's tools. ModusOp Email and Microsoft 365 are billed in your ModusOp account; Google Workspace is billed by Google.
Can you move my existing email across?
Yes — migration is free. We copy your existing mailboxes, messages and folders to the new platform and cut over your MX records with no downtime.
Do I need to buy a domain from you?
No. Email works on any domain you own — whether it's registered with us or elsewhere. We just need to set a few DNS records.
How many mailboxes can I have?
As many as you need — add or remove mailboxes any time. Each user gets their own login, storage and address on your domain.
Is my mail secure and private?
Yes — all platforms include spam and virus filtering, and we configure SPF, DKIM and DMARC for deliverability and anti-spoofing. Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace add enterprise-grade security and two-factor login.
